LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED
The listings of maters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.~ Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
  • A Notice of Intent was received from Christopher Fife for Old Brook Station Road (Map 17 Parcel 2-5) for the construction of a single family home and associated grading.
  • National Grid with application notification that they will be selectively applying herbicides along power line right of way that pass through Princeton.
OLD BUSINESS:
  • . Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
  • Eric Boudreau to discuss with the PCC the New England Mountain Biking Association assisting the DCR staff with the planning of improvement to the Wolf Rock Trail at Leominster State Forest.
  • A continuation of a Notice of Intent from Howard Knipe for 66 Rhodes Road, Princeton, MA for work without a permit.  DEP File No. 267-0367 was issued.   A site visit took place November 18, 2013 with John Vieira, Ron Thompson, Holly Palmgren and Larry Todd from the PCC, Howard Knipe with Mrs. Knipe joining at a later time. The area was stable.  A continuation was requested by the Knipe’s to the December meeting due to outstanding information need by the PCC.  Also PCC requested a Certificate of Compliance for an outstanding Order of Conditions. The Public Hearing was opened at 7:05 PM and continued to the December Meeting.
CERTICICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
  • A Request for a Certificate of Compliance was received from George Watts, Esq. for Thomas Lyons 353 Ball Hill Road, Princeton DEP File # 267-210.

  • Commission Business, mail, procedures, etc.
  • The minutes from the September 16, October 24, 2013 and November 19, 2013 meetings will be read and accepted.
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for January 21, 2014.
